MOMMAS House Journal Guidelines

The MOMMAS House Journal gives you a unique opportunity to show your support for MOMMAS House and/or the honoree in multiple ways. Printed journals are distributed to guests at our Annual Gala. Our Virtual Journal ads as well as logo or name recognition are featured on MOMMAS House website for ONE YEAR. These online ads can feature links to your website, promoting traffic for your business, organization, group, etc.

Journal Ad Guidelines

1. Select your level of support - choose a Journal Ad or Sponsorship that comes with an Ad, then click Add to Cart. Click the Shopping Cart symbol to complete checkout / pay for your sponsorship. If you wish to pay for a sponsorship by check, print and complete this form and mail with payment to: MOMMAS House 3100 Hempstead Tpke, Levittown, NY 11756.

MATERIALS / AD DESIGN OPTIONS:

OPTION #1: We Create Your Ad – We can create your online ad for you. Please email the following to info@mommashouse.org:

  • The ad text – what you would like your ad to say,

  • Your company’s logo or a photo/graphic you would like to use in your ad,

  • Business name, address, phone number, website address (if applicable),

  • Any other message or information you would like to include in Ad.

  • Your ad will be sent to you for proofing before it is finalized.

OPTION #2: You Provide the Ad - Please email the following to info@mommashouse.org:

  • Dimensions for the PRINT AD:  A “print-ready” full color ad in .pdf, .jpg or .psd format.

    Gold, Silver, Full Page Journal Ad Size:                   8½” W x 11”  H non-bleed

    Half Page Journal Ad Size:                                         8½” W x 5½” H non-bleed

    Quarter Page Journal Ad Size:                                  4¼” W x 5½” H non-bleed

    Business Card Journal Ad Size:                                 4¼” W x 2¾” H non-bleed

    TRIBUTE PAGE: Submit a brief tribute to an individual/group of your choice (75 characters max).

  • Dimensions for the ONLINE AD:  A “web-ready” color ad in .jpg, .png, .pdf or .psd format. High-resolution (600 dpi/ppi)

    Gold, Silver, Bronze (Full) Ads:                                1000W x 600H pixels

    Half and Quarter Page Ads:                                       500W x 600H pixels

    Business Card Ads:                                                    500W x 300H pixels

    In addition, please provide website address & company logo (in .jpg or .png format).
