Social Worker

Provides residents with ongoing support, advocacy, guidance, case management, & access to resources. The social worker helps to ensures every baby and every mother is supported with competent compassionate care.

Development / Fundraising

Promotes MOMMAS House initiatives and connects with LI communities, local businesses, peers, groups and individuals. Responsible for fundraising, marketing, special events, public relations, grants and donor relations.

Cella Yuen

Volunteer Coordination

Recruiting, orienting, and managing volunteer efforts. The Volunteer Coordinator works with individuals and groups interested in the Adopt a Room Program, holding drives, help with childcare, workshops, mentoring and coverage.

All MOMMAS House residences are staffed 24 hours/7 days a week. The residential staff is comprised of professionals with a combined 40+ years of experience working with young mothers and babies living in crisis. They work as a team to provide a continuum of care to all residents.
