MOMMAS House is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  We work tirelessly everyday to raise the funds necessary to continue our mission.  We are diligent and thrifty in making every dollar count and be used effectively.  We rely heavily on volunteer participation to make up the services we can not pay for.  Please consider helping MOMMAS House in one of the categories listed to the left.

Consider Adopting a Room in one of our homes and fixing it up to make our residences safe and comfortable for our mothers and babies. On an ongoing basis our homes need renovations, repairs and redecorating. This is great project to do as a family or a group of friends and associates.

Currently we have a bedroom in our Glen Cove home that desperately needs renovation. The task would involve removing the carpeting and either replacing the carpet or having the wood floor underneath cleaned up. The walls need to be repainted. The room could use some shelving built into it. It needs some new dressers as well and bedroom decor, such as curtains, bedding, etc.
